Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack from the 90s to the present day, that gets great results. One session can burn anywhere up to 600 calories*
*This will vary from person to person.
The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks.

Our session at Hertford Heath Village Hall is for Women Only (16 and over) of all levels and aimed particularly for those who have not exercised for a while or would like to try something new. A fun way to get back into exercise.
We know that those who have not exercised for a long time may feel nervous about starting something new or returning, however we are here to support with that and will be waiting with a great big “Whoop Whoop” for you to support you to getting back to it. Not ready yet? That’s fine too - we are here when you are :)
We run 5 classes in a block where we learn dances back to back for 40 mins (don’t worry plenty of breaks) until we get the hang of them. Scared you won’t get the hang of them? Don’t worry, just style it out! As long as you keep yourself moving it’s all good.
Each block will have a theme and we are excited to start in November with our This Girl Can theme, featuring uplifting songs from inspiring and strong women from the 90s upwards we can’t wait to introduce you to our class.
There will definitely be some wrong moves - even from me. No drama - let’s style it out.
There will definitely be laughs.
There will definitely be singing.
We will definitely have a good time.
It’s like a night out with your girls - just without the heels or the hangover!!
This is a safe space to turn up and just “do you”

Classes are £5 each or £20 for a block of 5.
You must book in advance at the moment via the link below so that we can monitor and manage numbers as we have a limit in the hall.
What shall I bring?
We recommend that you bring a drink of water with you and a small towel (it can get very sweaty). Water is available at the venue to fill up water bottles.
What shall I wear?
Wear something you are comfortable in, something that you can move in as we will be having a good old dance. Exercise clothes that wick away sweat can be good to help keep you cool. If you are comfortable in Lycra that’s fine too but is not a necessity, our primary concern is comfort and you know what works for you.
The main thing is some supportive footwear, please wear some supportive trainers to avoid injury.
Clubbercise LED Glowsticks will be available to use for the first block of classes (November - December) and then be available to buy from January. Please don’t bring your own glowsticks as this will cancel out insurance.
A par-Q (medical questionnaire) will be required from every participant otherwise you will not be able to attend the class (this is for your own safety).
Please do not attend if you have symptoms of COVID.
